KRFF 89.1 is seeking a motivated Underwriting and Outreach Coordinator to identify new business opportunities and grow the Voice of Denali’s presence in Alaska’s Interior. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is critical in developing customized underwriting plans and building long-term relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized underwriting plans and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a steady outlook for new clients.
• Prepare proposals and contracts including both radio and digital elements.
• Oversee underwriting production tasks and create/follow-up on client media schedules.
• Assist with the KRFF annual fund drive and attend meetings with grant writers.
• Complete daily sales call reports and resolve client issues quickly.
• Stay informed on local business trends and work independently to meet goals.
